1. Delete your account inside the app

Open the app and go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom (Danger Zone) and tap "Delete Account". Follow the two-step confirmation. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

2. Request deletion by email

Send a request from the email address registered to your account to support@bookuhub.com with the subject "Delete my account". Include your name and registered email so we can identify the account. We will process your request within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove: your profile and account details; your bookings and booking history; your customer records; your logbook income and expense records; your uploaded documents (licence, badge, vehicle registration, insurance); your live location history; and your Co-Pilot conversations. This is removed within 30 days.

4. What we may keep

We keep certain records where we are legally required to, for example tax and payment records for up to 6 years. Payment records are also held by our payment processor Stripe, subject to their own retention rules. These retained records are kept only for as long as the law requires.

5. Delete some data without closing your account

You don't need to close your account to remove specific data. You can export or delete your income and expense records and your live-location history from your account settings at any time. For anything else, email support@bookuhub.com and tell us what you'd like removed.
